This was the third phase of the Around-the-World driving expedition of the World of Wonders Project.   Come drive with Kim & Don through Central and South America.  Travel in our specially equipped, satellite-linked expedition vehicle, driving 8,540 miles (13,775 km) from Costa Rica through Panama, by ship to South America where we explored Venezuela and Brazil.  This phase ended in September 2005 in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. The fourth phase will explore the countries along the southern edge of
South America .

 So join us as we drive across South America.  Learn about the culture and visit with the people of the countries in South American.  View the animal and bird life, climb the Tepuis in Venezuela, travel on the Amazon and Orinoco Rivers and explore cities built by the Spanish and the Portuguese.
